Order Processing

We always aim to have any orders placed shipped within 24 hours.  We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays and all orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. A confirmation email confirmation will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched (this does not apply to pre-orders)

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address, we will not be held responsible for orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect details.



Items will be available for pre-order via the website before we receive stock from our suppliers. Please note delivery dates are an estimate only and are not guaranteed, however we will inform you of any delays. In the event your pre-order cannot be filled we will refund in full. Please note: Any in-stock orders that are placed with pre-orders will be held aside and posted together once the pre-orders have arrived and are ready to ship. If you are wanting your in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please order in a different transaction to your pre-order. Pre-orders will be shipped once they are received from our suppliers.


Returns & Exchanges

If you have a question about sizing please feel free to contact us on info@kinsfolk.co.nz prior to making your purchase, we are more than happy to answer any questions.

All exchange returns must be sent back in original condition, with tags attached, be unworn/unused and in the original packaging. A store credit will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange or suitable replacement at the time of return. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. For exchange enquiries please email info@kinsfolk.co.nz for a return form within 7 days of receiving your order - please include your order number in the subject line. Items must be returned via courier or tracked post within 7 business days to be eligible for exchange - we accept no responsibility for items lost in transit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for product exchanges. The cost of shipping returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days once received.

Please note: we do not accept exchanges on clearance, outlet and sale items, please choose carefully.

All items are checked before being packaged and sent to you, however if a fault is found please contact us via email info@kinsfolk.co.nz to resolve. We are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit or full refund for faulty items. All claims are subject to our discretion. We are happy to cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items, please contact us to arrange. If your parcel arrives damaged please contact us immediately.
