We started out hand-making toys, but Modern Monty has now evolved to create a range of luxe, boutique, educational toys and games.

Classic toys and educational products have been reimagined to encourage a deep connection with the natural world, from a young age. Modern Monty believe it's important for children to love and appreciate nature. It helps that kids just LOVE animals.

Ongoing collaboration with Brisbane based artist and friend, Amanda Borchers, has led to the current range, with her stunning, watercolour art featured frequently. The time and skill that goes into each artwork makes the products extra special.

The eye-catching aesthetic of the toys and games is intended to provide joy with a minimalistic, modern appearance. Products are designed to fit seamlessly into any modern or earthy home, and the beautiful packaging ensures they make perfect gifts too. We know that any Modern Monty product will be a very well-received gift.

Modern Monty manufacturers all have ethical certification. They are also FSC certified, which means that they operate in an environmentally, economically and socially responsible way. All efforts are made to utilise natural and organic materials when we can, however if not our products are all certainly non-toxic and completely safe for the most precious little ones in your life.
